If you get a concern, it can be fixed within minutes. The best part is, you get an agent assigned to you personally. I would like to shoutout Ceci Liu, one of the best agents I have ever spoken to. She helped with everything I had and helped me improve my business a lot.

This app is very good and if you need help there is a section with the tutorial for use the app and a person that help you if you need, in my case I talked with Harris that is very helpful and kind.

Im must say Fanny from CJ is absolutely amazing! She has helped a great deal with understanding the process of shipping and receiving. Fanny has spent lots of time on chat with me about business and the process and answered many questions and guided me threw the first order.
