I am selling a product for 2 weeks and I just randomly was informed that this product isn’t available! None of the orders was sent out to customers. The inventory on the CJ’s product site says 80.0002 pieces are available which is obviously not true. I took a screenshot and wish I could upload it for proof!!
Not only is communication beyond frustrating the worst part is that it damages my business. All the customers who ordered were excited to get their product but guess what … it is not even available. Customers will never come back to my store when their experience it as terrible as this. The whole process is very unprofessional. It should be possible to give 0 stars because 1 star is already too much!

CJ always doing a joke service. A very unprofessional company, If you are looking for a good company to help you scale your business, don’t use CJ. You will have a lot of issues with your customers. CJ is not gonna ship your orders on time, even if you buy inventory. All shit... This my second time using Cj still the same shit. I bought over $2000.00 in Inventory in bulk with CJ, I place my orders it's been 10 days since CJ never ship my orders. Very bad company, they are not organized.

Worst dropshopping supplier. U should refund items even if they don't have damage. I lost money to paypal because of you! The itwm is completely working and the customer wants a refund but they want to accept. Another dispute was customer asking to change item variant but they straight away said they can't. These 2 dispute are my first dispute i had with cj and so far they did not handle it well so i will not fulfill orders with them and would highly encourage other to not use them cause they will screw ur business during scaling. They're greedy, istead of building great connection with theirUsers, they want to jeopardize it by not accepting refund. A few dollar profit to u in exchange of users stopped working with u, a greedy move from the dispute team. Great website but worst dispute team. We are dropshippers but we are also your customer so u should accept refunds at all cost if you want us to keep working with u.
