Worst every customer service. worst ever. they like to waste your time and do not care. they will lie on what they have in stock but in all reality it is at their suppliers warehouse not cj warehouse and it will take up to 5 days to get it to cj then another 3 days to get it shipped out and then another 15 days to get to your customer. scum bags lies. they never says this info on the product page. scums

Initially it was easy. Especially when adding products. It was a breeze. They still have some internal flow adjustment that they need to do in terms of pod and custom packaging but because they have a great support team, it all worked out it in the end. I gave 4 stars because I know they can do better and they are improving by the day!

I give this app zero stars. I would never recommend to anyone. They never update inventory stock and have screwed up so many of my orders.
Hi, thanks for your feedback. There are two types of inventory: CJ inventory refers to products in CJ warehouses worldwide while factory inventory refers to products from cooperated factories of CJ. If you have doubts about the inventory, you can contact your agent for the latest status. Thank you for your patience.

I recommend this app! Most sellers find the difficulty to solve shipping issue from chinese vendors. CJ so far is the best solution i got as it is like the combination of oberlo + aliexpress, just like the chinese say: "one line dragon service". I can now source anything i like to sell and with the help from personal agent Gina Ge, she helps me to make sure all our ends (seller) is perfectly established and setup. It's great!

I can TRULY say that Roxane went above and beyond to help me with placing my first order. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and was able to make this process as smooth as possible for me. Funktioniert einfach nicht, man will sich anmelden aber man wird nur auf die Anmelde Seite geschickt und fertig. Egal was man anklickt es funktioniert nicht, mit Shopify verifizieren funktioniert auch nicht.
