Overall, this is a great app to use! It's very simple and makes it easy to order items for customers. Even when I need help, they show great customer service. Most recently, I talked with Henry and he was very helpful.

After my last customer order is delivered I am deleting this app and not using this company again. I was excited about this company because they offer custom packaging with my company logo however the shipping and processing time is way to long I had my customers really upset it takes over a month just to get their order. Ada qiu on CJ dropshipping was a good help for me to my website. I recommand to use CJ dropshippinh in complement to shopify.

Do not buy and deal with them before making sure of everything because they change things after ordering.. They also increase the price of things and ask for more money after purchasing
