All the agents on the platform have always treated me very well and been very friendly. When I raise a problem with them, 90% of the time they solve it quickly or tell me what solution I should take. As for the platform, it is not very intuitive. It is quite difficult to link products to the store and understand the entire process involved in shipping to the customer. The platform could be greatly improved. Its employees are all very professional.

I find CJ human agents like Sini Liu extremely helpful in tracking order although the platform can be intimidating and could do with a better overal design they have helped drive my business on platforms such as Shopify and eBay.

The app may be difficult to use at first and I had a hard time learning to use it, but with time you can get the hang of it and overall I can say it is a good app and service. Linda, and other staff have been very helpful.
The main issue I've had is that CJ may have a product listed, but that product may be actually unavailable. You find out when you go to order your first order or after several orders for that product, and all of a sudden they tell you that the product is no longer available and that there is another "similar" product. But the reality is that the customers do not want something "similar", they want the product they ordered. So, first confirm the availability before selling a product.

After using the app for over 1 year now, there are a few updates I would like to see to streamline some of the functions.

CJ has lots of varieties of product that you can source in your website. I think the price is a bit expensive for other dropshipper who want to sell in the retail price. Also, the customer service is good but its very time consuming. Because the respond is very slow for the customer support. Joean Gu and Arina Dong recently helped me with my query. However, I find sometimes, they don't understand me well. I would like the agents to improve their english more so we can have a better business. Otherwise, overall its not bad.

Good platform with a large selection of products and competitive prices. However, product info is often incomplete or missing. Leah was very helpful in providing the needed details.
