CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Had a little issue with one of the product descriptions. Fionnula got back to me and found a solution for me in no more than 30 min. It's definitely easy and quick to help from CJ whenever you need it.

Mandy is a great agent from this company. She replies to me within 10 minutes every time when I have issues. Their shipping options are pretty reliable when it comes to timeframes. You can even post your sourcing request via a simple chrome extension. Would recommend to give them a shot.

I have been working with cjdropshipping for over 3 years and I am 100% satisfied. The connection with shopify is perfect. I appreciate the support, for example in my choice of products and personalised packaging. I appreciate the fact that I have a personal agent who answers my questions quickly. CJ is a good service despite some things that could be bad. I had an agent named Catherine and she was very good at answering all my questions and requests.

So far I have had very good service, I need to get some stuff done for a customers order, there was a glitch in the system and I couldn't complete the POD. I was able to get on to REBECCA in customer service and she was able to sort the problem out on the spot.

Great service, the agents are always available to answer our questions (special mention to Grace Li, our assigned agent who does a great job!), the follow-up is professional, the branding possibilities are also interesting.

A convenient platform for dropshipping beginners, procurement process is slow. Had an experience before X'mas that the order status was stuck at 'processing' for many days, eventually it couldn't be fulfilled due to out of stock. Hence I'd suggest users to check stock availability with CJ prior to placing the order because the system is not sychronized with suppliers.
I'm revising this review rating from one star to three stars (6/10) because the agent was sincere and keen to help.

PS: Avoid using Paypal as payment method if your store is selling generic products. PayPal has been restricting accounts, holding users' funds for 180 days without warnings nor specific reasons, can't refund to a customer who paid via PayPal.

Initially, I was extremely satisfied with their service. Items were shipped within 3 business days and tracking information reflected products that were on their way to the customer. In just this week alone, CJ has shipped products to the wrong customers (twice). An order has been processing since Jan. 22, and they are unsure if it has processed, or will process. Not to mention tracking information is a joke. My customer's guess is as good as mine when of if anything will ship. I am holding out hope that things will change, but looks like I will start my journey to find a better supplier.
