CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I really like Cj, it is sooo much better then Ali Express Dropshipping, so i cant understand the 1 Star reviews. I think they are kind of fake. I just wrote in live chat with Susan (I had a very good experience with her) and I was helped within seconds. I remember even earlier at AliExpress where I had to wait days for the answer from the supplier. Those days are over now, thanks Cj!

The best customer service as I experienced so far. Very fast and helpful! All of the agents speak English very well and are willing to help. Especially my personal agent Stella. She is so helpful, kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend move out from Aliexpress and start using CJ Dropshipping.

Almost every product I have ordered (was shown with stock) is not available. It is super frustrating that they tell you it is out of stock, when you already received orders.

Very supportive staff. Maggie Pan was my support rep today and she solved my problems within minutes. All the other staff I had chat with so far are also supportive. Would recommend doing business with them.

Cj's is undoubtedly one of the best Dropshipping app, they have the entire value chain integrated, "just to crush it", my agent YERI has made my experience highly recommended.

zero stars would be a better option worst app ever. Customer service knows nothing, takes 6 days to process an order, tracking numbers are useless. Agents never answer chat or emails. I never had one order go through without issues. my update since march 31 orders still not delivered and no refund in sight. Complete nightmare dealing with these idiots stay far away and these 5-star reviews for them are completely fake.

CJDropshipping has the best customer service, very fast responds and even when you are just starting out they are friendly and help you while growing your business.
