This is a sh**t dropshipping platform, take more then a month for order fulfilment and most of the time reply you after 7 days or 15 days that the product is out of stock. getting lot of bad reviews on my store because of them.

This service sucks. They don't answer your request deliberately and try to missled you. Processing times are so bad. Customer service is the worst. They don't want to make a refund. Their interface is soooo ugly. They claim false shipping times. If i can give them minus 5, i would.
Perfect service and very helpful employees! Doesn‘t matter what problem, they help you very fast and you really feel that they want to help you!
CJ dropshipping is a pretty and usefull platform for dropshipping. My agent Mango Fu is very helpful and responsive and goes the extra mile to solve all my issue.

Staff at CJ are fantastic Lindsay Lin was very helpful and efficient when dealing with my query.Problem solved effectively and professionally.Very happy with the service.
My first 5 orders were a nightmare with CJ. They don't know the suppliers stock until after your customer orders the product. My store's very first order was out of stock and I had to refund the money. Second order was out of stock and luckily the customer accepted an alternative which thankfully was in stock. 3rd order was fine. 4th order was a cat pin and CJ sent me a pic saying the colors look nothing like the photo. 5th was in stock thankfully. Every out of stock order CJ suggested something that looked nothing like what they ordered. I deleted every CJ product from my store and I'm just going to use another reliable app I use for my other store that has never let me down. Having CJ products gives me anxiety because I keep losing money because of them. Good riddance.

Do not join this company. After I put over 1000 products in my store the sales started, it turns out they do not have the products in stock. My customer ordered a product in the store, and after 4 days they inform me that the product is not in stock.
