This is terrible. Orders are always pending processing, tracking information is never updated, and customer service replies are always stuck in a queue. I do not recommend this app.

There are just too many problems. The product page shows it's in stock, but after placing the order, it shows as out of stock? And then they want me to pay a huge "adjustment fee," severely impacting the product's profit margin. It's absolutely terrible.

My account manager, Roxane Liu is the worst agent you can imagine! Not responsive, not solving problems, only generic and incompetent answers!

My previous agent was amazing compared to Roxane, but she left for some reason.

I asked to speak with her supervisor to discuss the issues i have with her and that she is not responsive to my messages on time, not solving problems, not giving even information as to what is happening with my orders!

Solve your logistics delays and agent issues before your most consistent clients leave you! Because that is what will happen soon if the situation didn't change!

What's funny is that i recently reached LEVEL 4, suggesting i have "order processing priority", but instead my orders are still delayed even more than before!

Based on my experiences, I do NOT recommend this app.
I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately.

Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks.

When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping.

Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.

WORST COMPANY EVER MET!!!!

From the very beginning, my experience with this company was terrible. Their customer service is extremely slow — every time a different operator answers, and it takes forever to get a solution. I had an issue with 10 orders(my first ordrers) They told me after a week that the product was out of stock, even though their website clearly showed it was available.

Later, I found another company that provides the same type of service. I wanted to ship all my invetory(like thank you cards and some stickers,) a small package (around 2 kg) from them, they tried to charge me an outrageous “outbound fee” of $84 — just to send something from China to China!

They are liars, scammers, and I would never recommend anyone to use this company. For reference, the manager I was in contact with was Isabela Xie. Avoid working with them at all costs.

Stay away. Their "local warehouse products" aren't real, they ship everything from China so products don't take 3-7 days for delivery as they sate at these products. I thought I could use cjdropshipping to list some products on Temu US using the CJ US warehouse products but it didn't work out, they ship these items from China to a US warehouse which takes 10 days for delivery then they use your temu printed shipping label to ship the order from the local warehouse to the final customer. It's impossible to adhere to temu's shipping & delivery policy using cjdropshipping.

Een hele dag verspild aan 'troubleshooting' om er uiteindelijk achter te komen dat ze winkelnamen wel kunnen synchroniseren voor andere platforms, maar bewust niet doen voor Shopify. Toen ik ze confronteerde met hun eigen tegenstrijdigheid, verdween de support letterlijk midden in het gesprek. Oneerlijke service die Shopify klanten als tweederangs behandelt. Ten koste van alles vermijden.

Absolutely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional service.

I was clearly told the product was in stock and ready to ship. Based on that confirmation, I placed the order and even paid extra for expedited shipping. After payment, I was repeatedly assured the order was being processed and would be dispatched soon.

Instead, I received constant delays, vague responses, and completely contradictory information. First, the order was “in the warehouse.” Then it was “under processing.” Later, I was told it was “lost.” This is not a minor mistake — this is blatant mismanagement and misleading communication.

Charging for fast shipping while failing to ship on time is unacceptable. For small online sellers like me, every order represents real revenue and real customer trust. Your lack of transparency and accountability directly harms our businesses.

If you cannot provide accurate stock information or fulfill orders responsibly, you should not claim that items are available or offer expedited shipping at all.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointed with their lack of responsibility for undelivered orders, several problems at this level and no action taken even though I have been working with them for 3 years. My old agent was good, recently the service has deteriorated. Private inventory products disappear after about a year, on the grounds that they are "liquidated" without us even being reimbursed, not serious at all...
