CJdropshipping: Much Faster

The CJ drop ship service itself is maybe very good. But I don't think I'll ever know. The complexity of using the app to simply add products to your store is terrible. It is not easy as with Eprolo or Oberlo. There are no clear explanations of what needs to be done & there are various, seemingly unnecessary options as well, which makes it even more confusing. For eg there are 3 different screens that show my products, and 1 of them has conflicting information to the others regarding availability & shipping! But worst of all is their command of English. It is absolutely terrible. From their on site headings and descriptions, to their site/Youtube tutorials, to their Chat service, it is very confusing. CJ needs to invest in a few customer service people who can convey & understand information in English correctly. I have spent over an hour this evening trying to explain an issue to a customer service agent who simply could not get what I was trying to say, and I ended up giving up, with the issue unresolved.
The site navigation is also below par. If you DO open chat, the text box cannot be moved around, so it goes right on the middle of your screen so you cannot see the CJ page at all. You have to close the box to look at the page, and then reopen it. There is also no way to END the chat. You can only minimize the chat screen which is very strange. Here's an example of the ambiguity of the site instructions. In the side menu Authorisation / Shopify, you'll see a summary of your store and its settings. Regarding the Inventory Sync setting, if it says "Enable" it actually means this setting is disabled. If it says Disable it actually means your connection is enabled. Such confusing titles and descriptions abound on this site. I am not confident that it is even set up to work with my Shopify site, and as explained, the Chat support are less than capable of putting one's mind at ease. This site makes me nervous about selling, in contrast to Oberlo & Eprolo whom I have been confident with right from the start.

I am no longer using this supplier in my business due to ongoing issues that caused significant financial and reputational damage. Nearly every item customers received looked nothing like the photos shown in the listings. The products were extremely low quality, clearly sourced cheaply, and did not match the standards required to maintain customer trust. As a result, I received multiple complaints, returns, and ultimately lost customers.

Order fulfillment was also unreliable, with late dispatches and tracking updates that caused platforms like TikTok Shop to auto-cancel orders. In several cases, customers received products without paying, leaving me to absorb the loss. When refunds were issued due to these fulfillment and quality issues, the supplier declined to take responsibility or provide reimbursement.

Additionally, at the start of the relationship, I felt pressured to leave a positive review in exchange for proper support, which was unprofessional and concerning.

Because of the consistent quality problems, financial loss, and impact on my brand, I have completely removed this supplier from my business and cannot recommend them to other merchants.

WIlla Chen is actually supports sellers. Very disappointing working with CJ. I put effort and they are asking me for similar items not same shows in ad.

ACHTUNG alle guten Bewertungen sind hier Fake und wurden von CJ Dropshipping Agenten erzwungen. Finger weg von CJ Dropshipping das sind alles Betrüger und ihr werdet nur Probleme haben. Sobald es zu Problemen bei einer Sendung kommt wird das einfach ignoriert und man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück, außerdem können und wollen sie nicht nach neuester DSGVO vom 13.12.2024 arbeiten. Es gibt keine bevollmächtigte Europäische Wirschaftsperson und Angaben zu Hersteller und Bevollmächtigten Personen in der EU werden auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht bekanntgegeben und somit werden die Produkte die von CJ Versendet werden illegal in die EU eingeführt. Leider ist somit der europäische Händler also in diesem Fall ihr die einzige greifbare Person und werdet somit rechtlich für deren misserabele und illegale Arbeit zur Rechenschaft gezogen. HAltet euch fern von CJ Dropshipping ihr bekommt nur Probleme damit

Looks like very poor app. Its free to install and use but thats only 1 profit. I tried to conneckt my store, I had account on CJ for few months now, and when tried "log in" it just says " sorry, you are not logged in". Lol. Also their terms of use are a bit weird. No responsability for almost nothing. You got scammed via their platfor or similar looking site? - your problem. Bad quality of produckt / fail in manufacture - your problem. Produckts description: material - cloth. What the H is "CLOTH" lol.

0 Stars, absolutely shit. if you are dropshipping, im not sure about bulk orders but they treat orders like shit.

I paid 20+ for better delivery, it took 3 weeks. customer got a black diffuser, after the order was placed for days they told me they only had white, then the candle (2/3 products in order) they tried to give me a different one because they didnt have that one, and they tols me this after the diffuser, few days later. After all that upon beieng delievered box was damaged slightly, but mostly its the fact that they put the resistance bands in the same box as a diffuser.

Funktioniert einfach nicht, man will sich anmelden aber man wird nur auf die Anmelde Seite geschickt und fertig. Egal was man anklickt es funktioniert nicht, mit Shopify verifizieren funktioniert auch nicht.
