My overall experience is really good with CJ, It is beginner friendly app its also good for scaling most of the products. They have pretty good agents, I am working with an agent named June, June always helps me finding missing orders, resending damaged items, and always find where my order is. Ive been dropshipping for more than 2 years and now operating 4 stores, June assures my every order is delivered safe. Thanks June, thanks Cj Team.

It was ok for a while, but in the past months their support became non-existent. The app has lots of bugs and technical issues, they often add some high extra cost for shipping (after sitting on the package for 3 weeks) so you have no choice but pay or refund the costumer. They sending wrong/smaller/cheaper product, while the description is clear about the sizes, but still they refuse to refund other than the partial cost, even after my customer clearly don't want the wrong item. Site connection, connected products randomly lost and when you ask for help they often answering in a condescending way in chats, without any intention to help.

I started using this app and thought great they have a USA warehouse. I am a new store and my first order with them and I try seems to be good until. I get a email saying that the product is not at the warehouse. So much for building trust with my customers and now I have t ok explain their inability to keep things updated. I will now have to take all their stuff off my store before it sells. Update: Had a second problem with an order from an US warehouse. Wendy Waun was great and professional at diagnosing and fixing the problem. But 2 problems in the first two orders ....

I has just started to use CJ dropshipping . However, because my understanding is still weak, I couldn't connect product, so I asked Cj , then I tried to use chat them one lady was figuring out very well. So I did not lose a chance the very first two orders! I am very satisfied with their product but also their service.
