I've had the pleasure of partnering with CJ Dropshipping for over a year now, and I must say, the support from my agent, Vincy, has been instrumental in the growth of my store. Throughout my journey as a Shopify store owner, I've encountered various suppliers and agents, but none have matched the level of dedication and professionalism demonstrated by Vincy and the CJ Dropshipping team. Their seamless assistance and commitment to excellence have truly set them apart in the industry.

PS: Vincy needs a raise for the amount of work she does for me!!!

Really like their fast customer service, Loker Wang has been amazing support, he really spent a lot of time educating me and guiding me on how to do things on CJ as I was very new. Cristina helped me solve an issue extremely fast along with many others of the support there. Arlene was also really helpful, she guided me each time I needed help, thank you!

I had help from Luria Xia and was amazing, explained me everything detailed. Keep the good work.

Product cost is low and shipping is fast. The best thing is my customer support agent, Skye, always replying me promptly and giving the best support, which helped my business strive. Thank you

Wonderful and fast service provided by Cherry Xu (my agent) and Ken. I had several orders with different issues, and he helped me to fix all of them asap and have the partial orders shipped immediately to the client!

Since I started to work more closely with CJ, their customer service and my personal agent (Cherry Xu), I stopped using other platforms for dropshipping.

Cherry is absolutely amazing, super responsive and so helpful with absolutely anything! She is always there to help and make sure that the information is correctly passed to different departments or suppliers. Absolutely nothing to complain! 5***** service from her!
