I have had no issues with CJ, have used the customer service chat on a couple of occasions and found the staff and the app to be of an excellent standard.

Would gladly recommend.

Good customer services.Shelly Yamg has helped me a few times with very important problems, so if she is helping you, you will always solve the problem.

Cj drop shipping is a great service for drop shipping business, their fulfillment is fast and responsible for all the order, less worry and ship faster to customer. Lee Li is also a great agent on helping out with my problem. Recommend for drop shipping business.
