CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Looks like very poor app. Its free to install and use but thats only 1 profit. I tried to conneckt my store, I had account on CJ for few months now, and when tried "log in" it just says " sorry, you are not logged in". Lol. Also their terms of use are a bit weird. No responsability for almost nothing. You got scammed via their platfor or similar looking site? - your problem. Bad quality of produckt / fail in manufacture - your problem. Produckts description: material - cloth. What the H is "CLOTH" lol.

Almost instant responses every time. My agent today, Box Chen, was very helpful and escalated my issues to the proper departments. 10/10 service

I spoke with Sita and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She synced my my Shopify orders to CJ in no time! Great service!

Apart from what CJ offers generically, this 5 star is for April. I must say the communication part of CJ is really good. April has been in communicating with me on several matters for a long time. She is always considerate, punctual & very helpful. Impressive customer service.

I have been using CJ for some time now and have had a great experience. Easy interface to navigate and great customer service. My assigned agent Celia from CJ is readily available to answer any questions or solve any issues. I had some shipping problems so she worked with CJ's logistics team to provide a quick alternative without any major delays. Looking forward to doing business for years to come.

CJdropshipping is the best there is. I wanted a signed dropshipping agreement from them which they provided the very next day I made the request. Special shoutout to Mango Fu from CJ's customer support team, she is the best! Highly recommended!
