CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Had a great experience with CJ so far, their agents have been especially helpful and responsive. Billy in particular has been extremely helpful, organising custom shipping, handling disputes and product discounts. Overall great service!

So far got no complaints. The delivery times are accurate (if CJ says a product will take from 10 to 20 days, it'll probably take 15). Products always come intact.

The Customer service is also amazing. This customer service agent "Violet Su" helped me find where my package was after I was experiencing a bug. Her replies only took a minute each.

Overall the greatest and most reliable supplier on Shopify IMO.

My agent is John, and I am very satisfied with him. Always on service and ready to help with everything.

I'm so glad I found my agent Bianca through CJ Dropshipping. She has been a delight to work with and so far the service has been solid from product quality to shipping. Definitely recommend!

CJ has been pretty easy to use, although the site is a little outdated and slow but overall Ive had a good experience with it. Their customer service is awesome. Angel has been really great and very patient with me asking a million questions. She's been very thorough and helped explain things in an easy to understand way which I appreciate. Especially being a new business owner and just starting to deal with ecommerce and inventory. It can be overwhelming but she has made the experience better for me. Thanks Angel!

Evitate CJDropshipping, un disastro!
Un cliente ha effettuato l'acquisto di un prodotto tramite il mio shopify.
Il prodotto risultava in Stock per 40.000 items disponibili.
Bene, dopo aver pagato e 5 giorni di attesa mi arriva una mail dove vengo informato che il prodotto non è disponibile. Ho quindi dovuto parlare con l'assistenza di CJ (ci sono voluti altri 4 giorni) per arrivare a capire che sono disponibili altre versioni del prodotto e che il supplier non aggiorna le numeriche relative allo stock degli item.
Sto perdendo la fiducia del cliente per la loro incompetenza. Appena riesco a risolvere questo disastro di ordine procederò a cambiare totalmente ed ad abbandonare CjDropShipping, evitatelo vi fanno fallire!
