I want to give this platform 0 stars. This was my first time using the platform, and I thought their shipping would be faster than Aliexpress. However, I was mistaken. Let me explain the situation:

One of my customers placed an order for an item from the Cj Dropshipping manufacturer. At the time of the order, the inventory status wasn't updated, and it didn't indicate that the item was 'out of stock.'
A few days later, I believed I had successfully fulfilled the order, but I received a ticket informing me that the item was out of stock – and this was 10 days after the order was placed.

I started to inquire and tried to source the item using Cj Dropshipping. During the waiting process, some customer service representatives were genuinely helpful, but despite their assistance, nothing came of it, and 15 days had passed. At this point, I considered offering my customer a refund.

One customer service representative told me they had found an alternative and would ask the supplier to deliver it. However, they informed me that the supplier couldn't deliver just one piece of the item. By then, 20 days had gone by.

Throughout this process, I asked them to find the item on Aliexpress or even Taobao, and they promised they would. However, nothing happened. Now, I am searching for the same product on Taobao myself. I had to offer my customer a 50% discount on the product and cover the international shipping fee. It seems that Cj Dropshipping views itself as a "platform that combines many brands" and therefore doesn't take responsibility for out-of-stock products and their subsequent actions.

They didn't really care about if their actions will hurt your brand and the trust between you and your customers.

Attention en avis inscrit ici, car j'ai un très gros doute sur la véracité des avis…
Au début tous est beau, le temps de laisser un bon avis qu'ils savent bien demander, et après que des galères !
Et là, je reviens faire un bilan, un mois de travail avec cjdropshipping après mes débuts.
Simple : Des problèmes tous les jours ! Pire qu'AliExpress! Je paye plus cher pour une livraison plus rapide (4-9 jours), et c'est simple : Jamais livré dans ces délais, ou en rupture de stock alors que c'est toujours en stock cher eux, et cela, même si ou leur dis, ou alors envoyé au bout de 9 jours. Bref, que des galères.
Mes stocks sont synchronisés avec les leurs, mais même en rupture chez eux, c'est toujours en stock dans ma boutique. Et quand je compare les stocks sur Aliexpress et sur Cjdropshipping, Aliexpress et beaucoup plus à jour qu'eux.
Je reviens dans un mois pour vous dire comment cela évolue ...

I used the app to help me with shipping flow and inventory. Overall the customers service is outstanding. So far, so good. But overall I am satisfied. A special thanks to the customer service team and Bianca at CJ.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this app if you want your store to stay afloat. I've had 3 refunds dealing with this supplier. Also, I had a customer purchase an item. I bought the item and it took over 3 weeks to get a legitimate answer about where the package was. They ended up telling me that the shipping price had risen, after I purchased and waited for 3 weeks, and that I needed to pay the extra to receive it. How am I going to tell my customer that she needed to pay more after the fact. It's stupid, inconvenient and will have you looking like a scam. Don't do it. Communication is delayed because customer service doesn't have answers. I'm so disappointed. I'm removing all the products I have connected as we speak. Such a terrible experience after I repeatedly gave it a chance.

Avoid CJDropshipping at ALL COSTS. They will destroy your business by constantly delaying shipments from China. Deliveries are NEVER on time and I've had multiple instances where orders took 3 weeks to process, plus another 3 weeks to ship. Some of my customers waited 2 months to receive their order. They promise you everything at the beginning, and once you start bringing in orders and they can't handle the promised processing times, they will find excuse after excuse to delay your orders. Trust me, been there and experienced this every single time myself.

Their "private" agents will also blame you for any issues, from delayed shipments to sending the incorrect item, and will never take any responsibility for their mistakes. I talked to an agent who promised processing times of 3-4 days, screenshot the conversation, and my orders doesn't get processed 14 days later. I send him the screenshot of the convo later, and not one apology, but shifts the blame to me. And don't even get me started with the Lunar New Year orders. That's a whole separate issue that I can go on for weeks.

This company will also cheap out on refunding you the $5 shipping cost when they send out the wrong item to your customers. My advice? Start disputing the payments with your credit card when CJ messes up or delays your shipment.

Oh yea, and 100%, the reviews giving CJ 5 stars are fake. CJ pays dropship "influencers" to get those positive reviews. Also, if you Google the stores giving 5 stars, 50% of them don't even exist, ie. https://effortlessliving.shop

I needed advice on when to add CJ to my site and Elina helped me decided when I should add it. Since my products were very similar and my new site is almost ready to launch, I decided to go with CJ Dropship. They have a TON of products for you to choose from and a US warehouse for faster shipping to your customers.

Good products but suck ass service. This guy (Christian) told me since it was 12 a.m. in China he couldn't help me until LATER and that HIS WORD was the last word... in other words screw you!!! I will limit my dealings with this company as much as possible and would not advise ANYONE to deal with them until service like these are rectified!! I also have a screenshot of the entire convo. I'm also saving this screenshot incase CJ deletes it, and i will return to repost the same exact message EVERYDAY!!!
