CJ Dropshipping Held My Orders for 18 Days
Has anyone else had a terrible experience with CJ Dropshipping?
Because honestly, I don’t understand how this company is still operating like this. They have held my products for 18 days without properly shipping them, without clear answers, and without taking any real responsibility.
Every time you try to get help, they either don’t reply properly, delay the answer, or give some vague excuse that doesn’t solve anything. Meanwhile, customers are waiting, businesses are losing money, and sellers are the ones getting blamed.
Their service is honestly terrible. No urgency. No accountability. No proper communication. Just delays after delays.
And when I look at their Trustpilot, I genuinely question how many of those positive reviews are even real, because the service I have experienced is nothing like what those reviews claim. If so many sellers are having issues, why does their public review profile look so polished?
At this point, I would not recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone. They can hold your orders for days or weeks, ignore the damage it causes, and leave you to deal with angry customers alone.
People should seriously consider using DSers or finding suppliers directly instead of relying on CJ Dropshipping.
Has anyone else had the same issue with them?
The inventory shows it being in the US, and then I confirmed it. I ran ads based on that info, but when the sales came in, I tried to order it, but they removed it. I had to refund the money and kill all the assets I worked for.
Edit! They have fixed the issue I had, so I have to give them 3 more!

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise. Leur service est très décevant et leur façon de gérer les erreurs est inacceptable.
Ils commettent régulièrement des erreurs, mais refusent presque toujours d’en assumer la responsabilité. Au final, c’est le client qui subit les conséquences.
Récemment, l’un de mes clients a commandé deux pantalons en taille L. Il a reçu un pantalon en taille L et un autre en taille S. Malgré l’envoi de photos montrant clairement la différence de taille, ils ont refusé de renvoyer l’article conforme.
C’est la même chose lorsqu’un remboursement est dû : il faut les relancer pendant des jours, parfois même des semaines. À chaque fois, ils trouvent une excuse, notamment que « le système ne fonctionne pas », ce qui donne l’impression qu’ils cherchent simplement à décourager les clients de poursuivre leurs démarches.
Très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille fortement.

Solid Platform with Great Support

Order placed February 26, 2026. Never delivered after 35+ days. CJ Dropshipping has a plethora of items for any niche, but if you run into a problem with the support team and get your bank involved they'll shut down your access to their platform, therefore shutting down your store, or any items you rely on them to fulfill. My advice would be to find another supplier with more human empathy, because if you get on their bad side they'll shut you down without any hesitation or information from their part, but they'll always expect you to be patient.
I'd say this is one of the best suppliers. Yes, its costy and it wont be for everyone because of that which is totally valid, but for me the higher cost for high quality costumer service, overall service, quality control, and top notch suppliers is a fair trade off. Box Chen is a great example of superb customer service, and he has tended to me on several occasions very well.
They have a great website full of nice items, but they dont verify the items that vendors post. I have had to refund 3 clients in 6 months. Im sure at one time, this company was doing great. 2025 and 2026 have been disappointing. I was even told when products were no longer avalible, that listing would be removed from my store. Nope, they said I had to go through each one manually to remove. I have over 7000 listings. not happy. its been a waste of time
