I have contacted my agent Carl via WhatsApp, but he wasn't available, so I have been diverted to Michell that much helped me with my query. These guys are 100%, probably the best suppliers for dropshipping businesses.
One of the things I enjoy the most about CJDropshipping is the great customer service. There is always an immediate response from my agent Sena Yang, and she does her best to help pinpoint the exact answers I am looking for.
They offer a nice variety/selection of products. Unfortunately, they don't properly notify you of an issue right away, and I've had a few issues that have caused me to lose sales and have to refund customers.
