mary li was great she handled my issue with no problem , she got straight to the point and answered all of my questions.
I've had multiple questions and concerns. ALL of them have been resolved by my agent Roxane via Whatsapp.
As of now, I can definetely say customer service is quick and effective.
I am really amazed this platform is phenomenal! Each account has a custom agent, they are all very kind but one in particular is the best: Catherine. Catherine helped me for EVERYTHING I asked her, she even worked late at night because of my time zone! For each new account, I open a ticket and ask to put Catherine as an agent. We even became friends! So, if you need to open a new account ask for Catherine :)

CJdropshipping is a prompt, responsive and fast dropshipping agent! My agent Timothy is always extremely helpful and makes sure to answer all my questions and concerns. It's very simple to import and fulfill orders in CJ as well as source different products, I highly recommend CJ!
Only positive things about CJ. They will go above and beyond to source products for you and the customer service is by far the best I have experienced. Amy Huang has been my personal agent for quite some time and I can't complain. She is the best. Even other staff, like Fionnula Wong, who is laso available all the time is super helpful whenever you shoot them a text. Highly recommend CJ and their services.
