I am new with cj and DS, learning the platform as I am writing. So far I had good experience. Miro tan and Paulo Huang are helping me getting started. Well customer service! However, I have provided 4-stars because I haven't fulfilled any orders yet, will try to provide info about that later.
As this is a DS platform, I am not expecting it to be flawless, I am sure issues will arrive time to time(cmon, this is DS-what do you expect from this supply chain model, it's going to be hard but it's doable) but will this work for me to create a successful ecommerce business with this model, I have yet to find out. As I said, I am new to Drop shipping model and of course Cj. Let's find out!

Happily, since my last review things have changed. My agent Lisa Wei is providing excellent assistance via email, I'm thankful for her support and understanding. She responds on time, acts polite and professional. I hope for successful cooperation in the future.
I'm rating CJ App 4* because of few factors that can(needs)to be improved:
1) Not updating the product page when the product is not available. (you list the item, and then figure out (if you ask) that it's out of stock)
2) Badly need more filters for search, when searching for the product I normally get around 60 pages of results both related and not related.
3) Sometimes the descriptions are unclear and have to double check with the agent
I wish CJ only get better and better and grow!

A large variety of products and usually ships on time. Would have given it a 5 star but recently the support on channels like CJ live chat and tickets have been slow or non-existent. There are always 20+ people ahead of me in the queue when I try to live chat, which was not the case when I first started using CJ.
I managed to get support through whatsapp and Fionnula's service was great. If I could get support like this all the time I would give CJ a 5 star.
definitely recomend the customer services, just chat with Ruth Ying, was very kind to look into my issue and polite. CJ lack of exact information on the products make the customer services overloaded therefore ot is a big delay on respons.

I had some questions during the weekend so my personal agent was not able to help on time. Bonnie has been very helpful to me. Now I can take a step forward with my shop preparation et procedures.
So far, I'm just starting to get into CJ, but the customer support is incredible! I had so many questions and Bonnie Gu answered them all. I thank her because she's helped me a lot, and she weven went out of her way to stay up until midnight in China to talk to me. Very happy with the customer service. 10/10

The app still under test but i like the support they answered me so fast so kind and helpful if i like this app after test i will recommend it again and may on youtube as well
Very good supplier app, no problems yet. Only thing to change would be the design of the website and I would give it 5 stars!
The service is very good and my assistant Winnie solves all my doubts perfectly, however I consider that there are certain things which I think would be better
