Bonnie's communication skills are top-notch; she was always prompt in her responses and provided clear and concise information. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Bonnie addressed them with patience and expertise, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

They have superior customer service compared to other DSers in my experience. When I need to find something I can just message my agent Leah and she finds me exactly what I need and quickly.

I've been working with Irena, one of the customer success managers, and she has been wonderful and quick to respond. The attention to detail is great and it's so much easier to navigate the platform with her help. The drop shipping orders get picked very fast, and they offer fast shipping options to the US as well.
