I am a new user, so far I have made a few orders. All seems well so far. Shipping is a bit expensive. My agent is yumi Mo and for now we have a good cooperation. I will update again once I have more information and orders.

When I have questions I bother my agent Skye (thank you, Skye!). She is always very fast and helpful in her answers. When I do not find a product she always finds a solution! and also when I have questions to order status I receive competent help.

The shipping services are also great and provide tracking number which makes it very easy for customers to track the orders. The Agent we are working with Yeri is very supportive and helpful when it comes to replying messages and any issue comes on the way.
