CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Quality of the products are amazing, fast shipping and best customer support

Based on my experiences, I do NOT recommend this app.
I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately.

Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks.

When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping.

Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.

I've been having a problem getting my orders processed and payment. I talked to the bank and tried Sam on CJ website. I had asked for assistance yesterday and got nowhere, But Today I had the pleasure of working with Bill SHI. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bill to everybody. It took less than 5 minutes to get my orders processed and paid.

I've had an amazing experience with CJ Dropshipping, especially thanks to my agent, Connie. She was incredibly helpful and responsive. Connie provided clear and detailed explanations, which made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. The speed and quality of her support were outstanding.
