I love working with CJ. They assign you an agent to help you with anything. Wendy Yuan is my second agent and she really helps out and also pro actively contacts me in case of an issue.

Great customer support and a very streamlined experience. No issues so far, they are always available on chat.

Although there are sometimes some problems with the platform or the orders, the assistance is always present and efficient. Paulo Huang has been assisting me for some time now, and he responds cordially, quickly and effectively to all my requests for information. Thank you very much.
