Leo is my agent and always tries to help me. Some of the articles on the CJ site are linked and some of them help directly with screenshots and good instructions.
woke up super early this morning and was having issues with syncing inventory sita cui helped me out so much answering all of my questions and helping me sync the inventory that wasn't tracking I'm loving the app so far thank you

I truly believe CJ is a great company. Their agents are always available and willing to help. The fastest shipping I have ever had since I started. Do not use AliX. If you can't find the product speak to your agent and they will help you. The agent is given to you once you sign up. I recommend it to everyone.

I like the app and facility to source products. My agent Phoebus is really helpful and always helps me out with any of my concerns. The only reasons from not getting the 5th start is that some times products are listed but when you order you discover they are discontinued and shipping times and prices increased overnight for no reason... Apart from that I would give it a 5/5!!
