Using CJ Dropshipping is totally a step up. Finally I can have some overview about how orders are packed, when dispathed and so on. Shipping is really fast if send from own inventory. You can have your own personal agent which is huge advantage! My agent Irene has been a real help for me, making everything transparent and easy to me. I highly recommend CJ!

I love this app, it is easy to find and order products, and the customer service is 100% on-point. They are 24/7 live actual people who are always ready to help you with any problem and they walk you through each challenge in a way that leaves you satisfied. Alex Chen was especially helpful and truly understood my problem and how to address it. I highly recommend the app. They do have longer processing and shipping times if you do not have inventory purchased already in the warehouse which is why I am giving a 4 not 5 star review.

I have not started selling yet but so far the support Lea Zhang is giving me is great. Also, the fact that you can ask the support at any time of the day makes it very easy to work whenever you want to without having to wait for hours until you get a response.
Unfortunately shipping prices are a bit high and the processing time is quite long but I guess that's the price you have to pay to have this big variety of products available.

My CJ agent, Lori, is amazing. Goes above and beyond for us and has supported is throughout the challenges of the year. CJ are also quick on their feet. When we exceeded the orders per month with our current supplier, they went and found a new one and checked the quality of the products without us having to ask, so that we could keep selling without any stock issues.
