CJ customer service is very Good. Quick response. Very helpful for clients. Mr Klaus Li is a very professional person, he is my dedicated agent , answered all my questions in detail. Very helpful and cooperative… I rarely see such type of professional customer service.
I would recommend CJdropshipping, at least if you are looking for service that will help you find really good products and if you have some issue with the product or with the platform, you can always chat with your agent that everyone gets at the beginning. I got Luna as my agent and she is super fine.
