CJdropshipping: Much Faster

April has been awesome every time I had issues or questions, she is helpful and patient with me.
After using the app for over 1 year now, there are a few updates I would like to see to streamline some of the functions.

Very helpful. I was stuck trying to figure out how to lower my order turnaround because I have never place an order before and wanted to know more about the processing and shipping time, thanks to Arina Dong and Joean Gu who was able to help me.

CJ has lots of varieties of product that you can source in your website. I think the price is a bit expensive for other dropshipper who want to sell in the retail price. Also, the customer service is good but its very time consuming. Because the respond is very slow for the customer support. Joean Gu and Arina Dong recently helped me with my query. Great site for dropshipping products! Moreover, if you need any additional information on the product, I was very satisfied with my customer support Leon Chen, who was very helpful and and answered my questions very fast.

The only cons I would see are that there are a lot of products without reviews or some products are not so easy to find

The app is great everything is once you know very simple there were only a few problems with me but the support could help me (ken) immediately so that everything worked smoothly
