Para las personas que quieran hacer dropshipping, sin duda esta aplicación es la mejor y si algo puedo decir es sobre la atención a cliente que es increible, yo no tengo muchos conomientos pero una persona me estuvo guiando al momento de realizar mi primer pedido de muestra y es Chandy Chen, una persona muy amable y paciente diria yo jeje, sin duda puedo recomendar el uso de esta aplicación y la grandiosa atención a cliente, la gran atención a cliente que tienen es una de las mas especiales que tiene cj, me gustaria mencionar el nombre de Ruth que fue una de las personas que me ayudaron a guiarme dentro de la app.

I love my experience with cj dropshipping who have been able to support me, in particular to my assigned agent July Chan who has been patient and efficient.

Trying to set my product prices and shipping cost together so I can offer free shipping for my products to my customers. I viewed a discrepancy in the [shipping cost & time frame] product page and in My Products tab.

Rebecca Lin took time and patience to help me understand the difference and went beyond by providing me with the shipping tool which is quite helpful to inquire about the Remote fee and additional fee I also had a query about.

i've been asking for a lot of custom things with cj dropshipping, trying to get as much value as i can, and cherry xu has been so helpful in answering my requests. cherry xu answers very fast and whether it's delivering on my requests to answering my cj question, she does it all perfectly!

Awesome platform, Jolee is the best agent out of all. She'll sort your biggest issues perfectly.

So far so good! I am starting a brand based in the US and have been looking around for solutions for my product sourcing and fulfillment. As of me writing this review, CJdropshipping and especially the live agents have been extremely helpful in guiding me and sourcing products efficiently. Shout out to the agent I am currently working with, Joy Zhou, she has been very accessible and has a good understanding of English and communication skills.

What I like with CJdropshipping is they give you a personal agent, to whom you can talk if you have questions and if you need help solving some problems. My agents, Luciano and Fanny, helped me a lot with everything. They check the quality of the products which ensure me to deliver the best to my customers.

Their platform is easy to use. It has a feature that many platforms don't have : "the search by image". This tool is incredibly useful. Mostly if you sell in the fashion niche.

On top of that, the shipping times are quite good overall.

I greatly recommend, whether you are a beginner or a pro, you should give it a try.
