CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I have been using CJdropshipping for about half a year now and when they say they are the best distributors for beginners, they mean it! Chandy Chen in specific has been a huge help with any problems I have faced and I am beyond grateful. Without them I would still be stuck on many problems! Thank you very much for creating a platform that is beginner friendly as well as hiring staff that actually care about thoroughly fixing customers problems.

Today, there was a technical problem on CJ. I sent a WhatsApp message to customer service. Within a minute I received a response from Billy. He reported the problem to the tech team. Less than 20 minutes later, Billy told me the problem was solved.

This is probably the best customer service and the fastest problem solved I have ever had from a company. This is a great company. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

CJdropshipping is the perfect all in one app for getting started with dropshipping and it's crazy that it is free to install on your Shopify store. Being able to import products from Ali Express and automatically sync orders to my store makes everything super easy. The best part has definitely been my personal agent Skye though, SHE IS THE BEST!! She has been so helpful and enjoyable to work with! She is always quick to respond and ready to help with any question or problems that I've encountered with my store. She's the best!! And CJ in general is awesome too!
