Suki is actually great and has literally been helping me for over a year with my problems. Surprisingly quick at responding and just and amazing support team overall. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Just started using CJdropshipping and had a question about shipping. I used the chat and received a quick response from Sveta. She gave a clear and concise answer to or questions. So far, we have had a good experience with CJdropshipping and hope it continues as we move forward.

I am currently using CJ and my agent is Tab Zhao. Have had nothing but positive experiences. Definitely one of the best decisions you can make for your business is finding a private agent that knows what they are doing!
