Super satisfied with the customer service and the entire platform. The support response was very quick, I would especially like to thank Ceci who was able to fix everything for me very quickly.

I have been working with CJDropshipping for over two months now, I believe. I've had the best customer service with Lea & Arlene. Lea and Arlene have been very helpful, patient, informative, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.

I have started doing dropshipping on this website and my experience has been pretty good so far, prices are great, and unlike other sites used for dropshipping.
On top of all of this they give you direct contact with great assistantes (I got assigned Yana Zheng and she did an amazing job !)

I had complicated issues with my store app, but Loker Wang instantly apprehended the problem, came up with the best solution, and encouraged me to continue... I am so relieved. My problem was solved within no time due to his quick understanding and problem-solving technique.

I contacted customer support due to an issue with fulfilling a mixed-vendor order. Bonnie Gu initially responded and attempted to guide me through the process with the "batch update to orders" feature. However, this led to an unintended disconnection of all items in the order. The situation was made more difficult when the conversation with Bonnie was left unresolved.

Fortunately, Suki Huang stepped in and was instrumental in clarifying the confusion. Suki provided comprehensive answers to all the questions and navigated us through the correct process to isolate and address the issue with the item from the other vendor. The assistance from Suki was a stark contrast to the earlier part of the exchange, demonstrating both professionalism and a commitment to resolving customer issues.

I am grateful for Suki's intervention, which ultimately rectified the situation and allowed me to complete the order for my customer. The support provided by Suki was a redeeming aspect of the service experience.
