They are getting worse. They are increasing the shipping rate while delaying orders. Delayed shipment is understood during a pandemic, but increasing the shipping rate at the same time is the worst experience.

I look forward to seeing how well CJdropshipping works. I am switching over from Oberlo. My agent is amazing and I cant wait to work more with them.

Phoebe was really helpful. I chatted with her on two separate occasions and asked numerous questions, as a very new dropshipper. She very thoroughly answered my questions and was quite polite.

Saturn is a helpful and nice customer service. She helped me get my product into my shop through great customer service.

I've just started using the CJ app for my store and have been receiving support from Sabrina Liu, who I actually can't rate highly enough given she has gone above and beyond anytime I've reached out for a question, and I'm averaging multiple questions a day. I'm yet to have full experience with the platform as I'm still building my store but so far I am very impressed by the support and am hopeful despite the mixed reviews that with Sabrina's help I'll be able to successfully launch!
