CJdropshipping: Much Faster

The first product I decided to dropship is being delayed by cj dropshipping by over a MONTH. All they can do is say sorry but not do anything to solve the issue. Truly a broken system. Would not recommend.

I experienced some frustration when attempting to place an order that turned out to be invalid. Despite being presented with videos to watch, I was unable to complete the order. Fortunately, Rebecca stepped in and promised to speed up the process of obtaining the product from her team. I am grateful for her assistance.

Do NOT waste your time and money with these guys! Worst customer support experience ever! They lie, the make empty promises, they blame each other, and never deliver. Their user interface is so ridiculously complex and ugly and useless! I wish I could give them -5 stars!! And Shopify has to do a better job vetting these apps AND managing them... that's part of their value prop. So, it turns we can not have more than one supplier app connected to a Shopify store, as we run the risk of those apps having access to orders placed for other apps. Case in point, among our CJ orders we found orders meant for Oberlo!

I use it to find and list products.There are quite advantageous and reasonable products.Most importantly, there is someone from the team to help you.

I really appreciate CJ, their agents are competent and their delivery times are faster than aliexpress. It is a little bit more expensive but you can be sure that the product is of good quality, because it has been checked by hand.
