Embarrassing... I have 200+ items listed on my website from CJ - with my first 20 orders from customers almost EVERY order had an out of stock item. I was told it's normal and even when I am listing items they can't ensure items are in stock....They told me the "pieces in stock" numbers on their listings were a lie. THEN some of the items customers chose for exchanges ALSO were not available!!!! They said the best way is to purchase inventory but thats not TRUE dropshipping as their business name is "CJ DROPSHIPPING" I am so frustrated and disappointed. They say there's no way to update inventory daily but when this is your literal job...they need to find a way.

worst app you can use for your store , if you want to kill your project then use this app , the order takes 1 month to ship . processing time is 10 days , and when you contact the=m and tell them its supposed to be 3 days as per the page , they say no 7 then after 8 days i contact them again they said processing usually takes 10 days , the app idea is nice but it drags you to a very bad service

CAUTION; They take at least 30 days to send orders to customers thanks to them I lost my AMAZON SELLER account and finally they do not want to give you your refund because they tell you that your orders are already in transit but it is false, be very careful!!!

After my last customer order is delivered I am deleting this app and not using this company again. I was excited about this company because they offer custom packaging with my company logo however the shipping and processing time is way to long I had my customers really upset it takes over a month just to get their order. It took over a week just to process my order then they sat there another 2 weeks before they were dispatched then my customers has to wait once it was shipped. I asked for help with the custom packaging and was not given clear information on how to order it or the process I spoke with at least 3 different agents so I ended up wasting money on packaging that I wont even use. Overall I didn't have a great experience with this company and wont be using them again.
You can find inventory status on the product page. Available CJ inventory suggests that the item can be dispatched from our warehouse right away after you make the payment, whereas 0 CJ inventory means that we’ll wait for the item to arrive from the supplier, before it can go through packaging and quality inspection, which might take approximately 3 days, in most cases. In other words, sufficient CJ inventory means better time efficiency.
In some cases, when the supplier discontinued the product your customer ordered, our sourcing team will find a new supplier - if available, or we will inform you the product is out of stock and we will make refund of your payment.

Do not buy and deal with them before making sure of everything because they change things after ordering.. They also increase the price of things and ask for more money after purchasing

This app is pure business destroyer. People! be very aware I feel sorry when I see new users leaving positive reviews because CJ agent told them so. This app have an evil strategy to put pressure on new users for positive reviews. This app focus on pleasing new users till they open their store and get sales that the hell starts. I've tried all my best to inform shopify about their tactics and gave screenshots, Shopify said it's horrible and they are invastigating. I had their agent adding me in whatsapp begging me to remove facebook post about not processed order ( I wish I can show you screenshots guys) He told me I'm depressed because you left a negative post. he told me I will give you coupons if you remove it ( he never did and he ignored my messages after I deleted my post) He begged me to leave good reviews on shopify, trustpilot, facebook ... etc PEOPLE do not work with CJ!! I challenge you to find 1 real succesful story of anyone who worked with CJ. You will never find a real story about anyone who made good money with them NEVER!!

The first product I decided to dropship is being delayed by cj dropshipping by over a MONTH. All they can do is say sorry but not do anything to solve the issue. Truly a broken system. Would not recommend.
i cant even log in this site has some major issues that need to be fixed. i would write about this issues in more detail but why waste time.
