I had an order in import order that I did not finish the process because this was my first experience. So after a few days of it just sitting there I contacted chat consultant for clarification. Agnes was very helpful in helping to complete the order and also all my questions there after. Also reassured me this will be processed for fulfillment very quickly. Giving me some piece of mind on my own mistake.
