My Experience with CJ has been up and down. We had a lot of problems about the items because we do clothing business, still Dolly could help me a lot on the way which made things a lot easier. She works a lot do everything she can to help his clients. Do I recommend CJ yes and no but do I recommend Dolly yes absolutely.

CJ is an outstanding app. I rarely encounter issues, but when I do, I can trust their customer service team to help. They provide personal agents who are both professional and polite, assisting with any concerns that arise. Every agent I've worked with so far has been exceptional.

My current agent, Doki Huang, has been nothing but incredible. She always responds promptly to my inquiries with detailed information and goes above and beyond to ensure my concerns are addressed. For instance, I recently had an issue with a payment, but once I reached out to her, she was able to identify and resolve the problem within a day. Additionally, she simultaneously helped me deal with another issue I wasn't even aware of, preventing any major delays in the supply chain. I'm truly glad I was paired with her and chose CJ as my sourcing agent.

I have been using this platform now for over one year and I can recommend CJ to anyone trying to start their own business. The platform is quiet intuitive and easy to use. You have an personal agent that helps you with all your questions. I am lucky to have Carrie as my agent as she is going above and beyond to help me and my team. I am sole proprietor and start up. I do not know much and every steps I take is still a trial and error. However I find CJ Dropshipping easy to manage and sync through my Shopify shop.
