My experience with CJ dropshipping is wonderful they have an abundance of products to choose from plus many different warehouses outside of China, the agent Sita Cui has been very helpful with any questions and issues I had, I’m so glad I had a wonderful person helping me, I highly recommend this to anyone starting or wanting to grow their online e-commerce business!

I am very happy with CJ and especially with my agent Ashley Wu. She is always there for me to anwser my questions and to provide me with repsonses and solutions. CJ is, in my opinion, the best supplier there is in dropshipping. The product selection is huge, but above all, the customer service is outstanding.
My personal agent Shinco Zhao really does a first class job. He is always available, offers quick response times and is always eager to help me out, which I really appreciate.

I've been a new Ecommerce Partner with CJ Dropshipping, and I want to praise the exceptional customer service provided by my assigned customer service agent, June Chen. I'm not only very pleased with her consistent support and thorough follow-ups but also impressed by her deep knowledge of the products and processes. June's prompt and insightful responses have made navigating the platform much smoother for me. While her assistance has been outstanding, I hope the platform can improve its dispatch time for a quicker service, ensuring an even more seamless experience for its users.

I ordered mid august & by mid September the package sat for over 2 weeks at the local delivery station due to “weather delay” . When I reached out to them they let me know tjay the package was lost & that they emailed the company to let them know as well. Reached out to customer support to file a dispute for my package & now it’s mid November & I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank because they’ve STOLEN MY MONEY AT THIS POINT . After even getting proof themselves that my package was lost , they refused to refund me & instead wanted me to pay them MORE MONEY to reship it from china again FOR THEIR FUCK UP . After letting them know I already reported them for fraud & disputed their charge to my bank , they blocked my Cj account completely .

I'm using cj for more than a year, the integration is quick and easy and the orders are fulfilled very easily. CJDropshipping has transformed my Shopify store experience. Also my agent Luna Li is very helpful when i got any problems.
