Absolutely brilliant service by CJ. Yes there are little issues here and there, just like anywhere in life, but it is well managed and communicated. Orders are precise and very fast, plus the more orders you have the better they will take care of you. Our agent (Kris Zeng) is just amazing as well, she is taking great care of us, making sure our experience is top rated. Any issues she sorts it out for us. Overall very satisfied and 100% recommend.

Best application for dropshipping and I am very satisfied with the service of the agents. Especially Chad Wen is doing a great job.

I wouldn't suggest using this platform. The prices are much higher compared to AliExpress or Xendrop. Shipments are consistently delayed, and about 70% of the time, they request additional money for shipping after you've already paid the initial shipping cost. They seldom issue refunds for order problems, and they even blocked my account when I tried to dispute a payment after they repeatedly refused to refund me. Now, I'm switching to more professional and superior platforms.
