Really thankful for cj, it helps me fulfill my order easily although I am overseas. My agent is great, he helps me a lot about the problem of my orders, they even customizes the SKU for me that I wish to make the item to be sold in seperate parts.

The app seems quite intuitive, though I haven't used it a whole lot, it appears to be useful. Their support agents (Lea is one that stands out) are good people and I've had several discussions with them, proving to me that they are genuine, kind folks. I can't totally vouch for the app as I haven't had a ton of experience with it, but the people behind it are good people and they're willing to work through things with you, which is kind of rare these days. So, you can look forward to that.

This app does everything: Sourcing, Finding Winning Products, Fulfillment and Custom Packaging. You get a personal agent (in our case Yuki), who gives her/his best to help you out in any question. We really like working with CJ. Sometimes there is a language barrier and small misunderstandings, besides that we are very satisfied with the service.

I had the pleasure of working with Roxane on the CJ platform, and I must say, she has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her support and guidance have been invaluable, and she consistently provided fast responses to all my inquiries.
