Worst dropshipping app, they get out of stock for your orders, they can remove any item from their site without even informing and you can ruin your business if you get so many order for that product which they remove. Their agent don't reply on time, and they need a huge time in fullfilling the orders also. They have some shipping options, which are worst then AliExpress, and don't deliver the item in even 3-4 months. Also they rarely refund for any order even if it is there Mistake, and for the orders for which they have to refund, they just take a lot of time to refund it. I will not recommended anyone to use this app, you must use EPROLO Dropshipping app instead this which is a lot better than this CJ dropshipping. You will make your life a lot easier by using Eprolo dropshipping app.

Not worth the problems and support is terrible. Ended up getting Shopify involved after a POD order came through my store. Customer submitted multiple images for 5 different customizable items (large order for me). CJ contacted me to request that I combine the jpg images into one file for each item. I was fully willing to do so. Tried clicking on images in my order dashboard but their app blocks that ability. CJ later instructed me to use their own order dashboard to download images. Their images were only 40x40 pixels so I had no control at that point. First they said they didn't have images at all, then they said they have them and won't combine files for me, now they are telling Shopify that they are waiting for the images from me altogether. After getting Shopify involved, no one from CJ is communicating with me anymore. Games.

First of all, I want to clarify that my last agent Jessie is great, knowledgeable, and very helpful; she helped me to resolve most of the issues other agents created and the terrible service CJ provide. The problem and the reason of this review is because CJ start shipping your orders within the timeframe; then after you have a little bit of time with them, they start switching your 8-15 shipping method slowly (''which is the fastest they supposedly have'')to a 20 to 35 days in transit (several times longer or because of the long time, items get lost in transit often so you have to refund your customer but CJ will not refund you) They keep changing the shipping method and speed you paid for and you will not be able to do anything because they are still using '''''''''the supposed shipping method you paid for''''''' Then you start getting a ton of messages from your customers asking why their orders has not been delivered which yields to a bad review that you cannot hide or fix on your Facebook shop, etc. They WILL try to do anything and everything they can to avoid giving you a refund for orders placed and cancelled immediately, items damaged, etc. They start good so you can start using their app, but then later you will have all these issues and you will regret it.

La livraison est en moyenne de 10 jour comme aliexpress maintenant ou temu, ou en rupture de stock alors que c'est toujours en stock cher eux, et cela, même si ou leur dit de mettre à jour leurs stocks, ou alors envoyé au bout de 9 jours.

Me revoilà pour indiquer que certains clients peuvent recevoir la commande avec des frais de douane demandés au client au moment de la réception, qui n'ont pas été payés par cjdroshipping, et lorsque l'on demande le remboursement de la commande auprès de cjdropshipping, car elle repart chez eux, sachez qu'il refuse de rembourser et de payer les frais de douane, qui correspondent au frais des articles arrivant hors UE, alors que c'est à eux de faire la bonne déclaration et de payer les frais que l'on paye lorsque l'on achète l'article chez eux. Donc, ils ne paient simplement pas les frais qu'il devrait payer, en grugeant et en espérant que ça passe. Et quand cette situation arrive, il encaisse l'argent, le client ne reçoit rien, et on rembourse le client en perte sèche, car ils ne veulent ni rembourser ni payer les frais de douane.

I wouldn't suggest using this platform. The prices are much higher compared to AliExpress or Xendrop. Shipments are consistently delayed, and about 70% of the time, they request additional money for shipping after you've already paid the initial shipping cost. They seldom issue refunds for order problems, and they even blocked my account when I tried to dispute a payment after they repeatedly refused to refund me. Now, I'm switching to more professional and superior platforms.

the worst website i ever used in my business system is not done well as well you always will pay more for your order even for small product they will tell you its over weight and let you pay 100s of dollers extra for shipping so its a ripping off system that will show you cheep shipping then you will be ending up paying 100s extra for shipping and you will start losing customers and your business will start making loses

I am very disappointed with the service of this app in 2022, none of the orders I have placed have been sent. I contacted customer service and they only give you excuses that they are going to send the order, but nothing ever happens and I have upset customers who I have to refund them because this app does not do its job.
