Out of stock problems are an issue with this company. I have not removed the products from my store but have changed their availability to pre-order only and notify the customer when they are in stock.

I had a great experience with the customer service team, especially Zoey who went above and beyond to assist me with the issue I was facing. Zoey demonstrated excellent communication skills and was very patient in listening to my concerns, which helped her to fully understand the situation.

Due to being a new user I wasn't able to navigate the website properly and I stopped using it, the Mr. Foy messaged me on whatsapp and helped me through every question I had which has now brought me back to the website. I am very happy with how helpful Mr. Foy was.

Impressive Service and Customer Service

I have problem linked my CJ account with my store been settle very fast and a lot of help from Ayden (service agent) regarding any problem on my Store. You can source from Taobao and other big Chinese marketplaces if you can't find a product on their site. So, personally i'm really happy with my experience.

Bonnie was wonderful, she fixed my issue in a timely manner. Very professional! I had a hard time filling a order. Was fixed instantly!

I used the app and started work with importing products to my store and now purchased the personalise packing for my store. The team is always there to help me, to support me and to show me how it is work and response to every of my questions ihave. So definitely recommanded.
