I have problem linked my CJ account with my store been settle very fast and a lot of help from Ayden (service agent) regarding any problem on my Store. You can source from Taobao and other big Chinese marketplaces if you can't find a product on their site. So, personally i'm really happy with my experience.

I had a great experience with the customer service team, especially Zoey who went above and beyond to assist me with the issue I was facing. Zoey demonstrated excellent communication skills and was very patient in listening to my concerns, which helped her to fully understand the situation.

I've been using CJ for 6 months now and my experience has been very positive all things considered. They're always kind and responsive. Today I was helped on an important matter by Alina Liu and I wanted to thank her personally.
