Order placed February 26, 2026. Never delivered after 35+ days. CJ Dropshipping has a plethora of items for any niche, but if you run into a problem with the support team and get your bank involved they'll shut down your access to their platform, therefore shutting down your store, or any items you rely on them to fulfill. My advice would be to find another supplier with more human empathy, because if you get on their bad side they'll shut you down without any hesitation or information from their part, but they'll always expect you to be patient.
They have a great website full of nice items, but they dont verify the items that vendors post. I have had to refund 3 clients in 6 months. Im sure at one time, this company was doing great. 2025 and 2026 have been disappointing. I was even told when products were no longer avalible, that listing would be removed from my store. Nope, they said I had to go through each one manually to remove. I have over 7000 listings. not happy. its been a waste of time

Résultat : aucune étiquette en français, pas de marquage CE, aucune liste d'ingrédients conforme. C'est strictement interdit en Europe. Le SAV refuse le remboursement malgré les preuves. Signalement officiel fait à la DGCCRF (SignalConso). Un fournisseur qui cache la non-conformité de ses annonces !
If I could give CJdropshipping a zero star I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! They will say your order is being shipped and then wait almost a week and then say supplier cannot ship order. Once you ask for refund, they will send your refund to their wallet even though you asked for refund to be sent back to your card you used and it will cost you to get that money. STAY AWAY!!!!

this company will turn your life and business to HEL!!!!
1- Their Inventory management is a LIE! in a month i sold around 10 products from CJ and 8 of them ware out of stock and 2 of them took over 25 days and still not delivered and also tracking data shows nothing to say where it is.
2- They just list items that are not even exist. So it is just hurting you and frustrate you
3- IT has not happened but there is a possibility they list and describe something but you will get totally different product.
4- The tracking number they provide is not correct and even exist. They give you fake tracking and it is not accurate. I sole few and immediately they provided a tracking and 5 days later they came back to me and said out of stock. so i dont understand if it is out of stock how tracking gets generated and say it is on the way??!?!?!?!

awful experience. poor customer service
This is terrible. Orders are always pending processing, tracking information is never updated, and customer service replies are always stuck in a queue. I do not recommend this app.
First, I want to clarify that the reason I'm writing this review is that they don't start shipping within the agreed timeframe. After you've worked with them for a while, they'll slowly start changing your original 8-15 day delivery time ("they claim it's the fastest") to 25-35 days (or even longer, or because the time is so long, items often get lost in transit, forcing you to refund customers, but they won't). They'll constantly change the shipping methods and speeds you paid for, and you can't do anything about it because they're still using the "so-called shipping methods" you paid for. Then, you'll receive a lot of customer inquiries about why their orders haven't been delivered, leading to negative reviews on platforms like your store that can't be hidden or fixed. They'll try every means to avoid refunding you, such as for orders canceled immediately after placing them, damaged goods, etc. They start off well, getting you to use their app, but then you'll encounter all these problems.
DO NOT TRUST CJdropshipping — Our Real Experience
We trusted this company and ordered 1 item — and then the nightmare began. This company really doesn’t know how to do business and is unreliable. If you plan to work with them, here’s exactly what will happen to you, in the order it happened to us — because we lived it.
1- We placed the order on September 12, 2025 — delivery date showed September 29, 2025 (at least 17 days for delivery). This is a disgrace. Orders are delivered late.
2- Our customer bought the Ribbed V-Neck Wide Strap Tank. They regretted it immediately because the product was so bad it wasn’t even a product — the fabric wasn’t fabric. We were utterly embarrassed in front of our customer and couldn’t even answer them. This is shameful. They say every product is inspected, but that’s a lie — if they had actually inspected, they wouldn’t have dared send such garbage. We have no idea how they had the nerve to ship that. (Understand what you’re buying before working with this company.)
3- Our customer wanted to return the item immediately — understandably. Normally returns are paid by the buyer, but how can we ask the buyer to pay return shipping to China for an item that is literally trash? Return shipping would cost more than the product. This is even worse. (If you work with this company, this is another problem you’ll face — we’re ashamed to even write this while they have no shame shipping garbage.)
4- We immediately opened a ticket and emailed them on September 30. Guess what — they replied on October 6. No joke. We’re about to lose our minds. This company doesn’t understand e‑commerce: merchants must respond to customers within about 2 hours (worst case 24 hours on weekends). CJ took 6 days to reply. This is a disgrace. If you work with them, be prepared to be embarrassed in front of your customer — support replies take 6 days and you will lose customers and reputation. For customer service we had to act immediately: we refunded the customer in full, apologized, and issued a gift voucher — but the ad spend, effort and time we spent to make that sale are gone. That customer will never buy from us again because CJ sent trash.
5- When they finally replied, what did they say? It’s not worth reading, but know this: they shamelessly told us to send the garbage back to their China warehouse so they could refund us. By then we had already thrown the item away and refunded the customer. Now they’re asking if we returned it to their China depot — seriously? Product $30, shipping $40 — the product is trash. (In short: CJdropshipping won’t stand behind their products, they won’t refund you properly, they humiliate you against your customer and write arrogant emails.) If you plan to work with them, think twice.
We lived all of the above — experienced it firsthand. If you want to be scammed, lose money, lose customers, lose reputation, and receive patronizing and useless support emails, then go ahead and work with CJdropshipping. The choice is yours — don’t get involved; take our advice and avoid them.
There are just too many problems. The product page shows it's in stock, but after placing the order, it shows as out of stock? And then they want me to pay a huge "adjustment fee," severely impacting the product's profit margin. It's absolutely terrible.
