The app seems quite intuitive, though I haven't used it a whole lot, it appears to be useful. Their support agents (Lea is one that stands out) are good people and I've had several discussions with them, proving to me that they are genuine, kind folks. I can't totally vouch for the app as I haven't had a ton of experience with it, but the people behind it are good people and they're willing to work through things with you, which is kind of rare these days. So, you can look forward to that.

Cj customer service is awesome. I had an issues of late shipping with many products and also with the returns. I contact with CJ customer service on whatsapp and Ms. Leah did a tremendous job for me and resolve all my issues on time.
