Les prix ne sont pas les plus bas que vous trouverez, mais si vous faites du dropshipping au moins vous aurez la tranquilité de savoir que tout est pris en compte de ce côté-là.
Je n'ai pas encore eu de problème (c'est là où on évalue vraiment la qualité d'un service client), mais pour le moment leurs agents sont très serviable, aide même au-delà des attentes (merci Alicia :)), et semblent disponibles 24/7 (je ne me suis encore jamais retrouvé à un moment où il n'y avait personne au bout de la ligne).
En somme, parfait pour tester un produit ou un service !
I spoke with Alan Yang today, he was super helpful and prompt in dealing with a shipping concern I had with a delayed order. I was grateful for his assistance and willingness to help research and resolve my issue.

What I really like about CJ is their customer support over WhatsApp, which is always active 24/7. As soon as I created my account, a dedicated manager named Chandy was assigned to me. She excels in what she does and goes above and beyond to help. Product sourcing is fast and easy.
