Trash website...
Please avoid saving money!!

My customer was waiting for a package and it is over 2 months. I emailed them and got no
answers.
I saw reviews on Google reviews and most people gave this company 1-star.

Yes. I already saw that the package is in New York and it is seating there for a month.
Also, I sent you 2 emails last week and have not received any responses.
I have no idea what to do now.

deserves 0 stars, worse app ever don't ruin your business with this app, they have no organization, and change the price of the product after I sold them so I had to cancel all the orders. never again........

Quick warning to anyone considering CJ Dropshipping:

They’re awful.

Used them during my testing phase

Asked them for a picture of the product I sourced and they told me not to worry that it was all good

Placed around 300 orders before moving onto an agent

Turns out they sourced a different product than what I specifically requested

That product ended up harming one of my customers. I literally could’ve gotten SUED but my customer was super nice

I tell them I want a refund for the incorrect sourcing and they tell me they sourced a better option than what I asked for...

It was a night and day difference between the 2 products, and they literally tried telling me it was the same product. After arguing they then tried saying it was better quality than the one I asked for (clearly)

They didn’t want to refund me for any of the other incorrect orders so they only refunded me the 1 order that hurt the customer

Weeks go by, that product ends up breaking for 10-15 other customers

I ask for a refund and send them proof with screenshots and get...

no refunds. no money back. nothing.

They’re super shady the way they do business. Instead of refunding me a few hundred bucks they would rather argue for days and take no action, saying they’re doing what’s best for me lol

They really have some nerve to try to tell you you’re in the wrong instead of owning up to their mistakes

Spent around $1500 on those orders that ended up being something I didn’t ask for

TLDR: CJ sourced an incorrect product that ended up hurting a customer and breaking for many others. Yet, they never refunded me.

If someone from CJ replies to this saying they tried to help: COMPLETE BS
I spent so much time trying to work out a fair deal and they did not care. I spent so much time dealing with these issues and orders and they only refunded me 1! So ridiculous. I bet many of the reviews on here are paid

Save your time, money, and energy and go elsewhere.

One last note: Processing times were taking around 20 days. Just processing. Shipping times were 35-45 days

I did not get any help from CJ. When I create my store at Shopify ( shop416.com) I have to move my domain to Shopify and i lost my email access as provider change. and Shopify does not have emaill service system. CJ automation block me constantly to ask to verify email. They should have system using AI to understand the issue. Now i can not access even having shopify store.

CJ is doing a terrible job during difficult times like COVID19. I have 100+ packages which are not delivered for 2 months already. I understand the pandemic is causing delays but CJ is not doing anything about solving this problem! They are just blaming the freight forwarder SF Express. What a fraud! Must act like an international company and resolve the problem instead of saying "wait patiently". Terrible!!!

I worked with CJ drophipping for a few months. They ship faulty products, they lie about shipping times and most of the time they misguide you so their agents make a sell. At least there are other companies with better pricing and definitely better resolution centre

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. GAVE THEM 11,000 ORDERS OVER THE SPAN OF 1 MONTH. Their communication is the worst, and they will raise prices along the way even though you already paid for half the orders. PLEASE DO NOT work with them, I guarantee you will not only get treated like a shit customer, but you will have a much MUCH better experience hiring an agent in china to dropship for you and handle orders. I Will never be doing business with them again. ITS INSANE the amount of stress I get from how disorganized they are.

1. They will blame you for their system missing over 100 orders. Their system glitches multiple times.

2. They say they can STOCK in USA warehouse. And after asking everyday for weeks, they tell you oops its too expensive to ship actually. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The only reason I used them was for the USA warehouse. DO NOT USE THEM if you they promise they will do it. THEY WONT. They will also raise the price halfway through instead of owning up to their mistakes.

3. Multiple times, our conversations go one way, the next week its again some other bullshit. Agreed on a set price, next week oh we meant this and that excuse.

4. You will soon realize, they only have 2 agents who handle everything and good luck getting an organizes individual.

5. Want stress and heat attacks, use them.

6. Will be posting a video on Youtube as well. The "owner" Andy, does not respond to customers either, even when you are giving him 1,000 orders a day.

worst source ever. I would rather use aliexpress than working with this kind of supplier. They sent all my products without any protection and do not accept my refund for damaged goods. Moreover, they still not ship my package after 14 days processing. The first and last time working with .

I have been using CJDropshipping for about 4 months now and I have yet to have any of my orders I place whether for me or my customers get delivered by their suggested time. I'm actually still waiting on orders that were placed earlier this year due to the fact that they lost the orders. They didn't even try to tell me this too, I had to message them several times to find out after I noticed my tracking number was not being updated. At least one order did make it to the customer but again not by the suggested time on their site. Even after I paid extra for USPS shipping. CJdroppshing does have several great features you can make use of but if they cant get their shipping time right I don't see how anyone can scale with them.
