CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I am very happy with the support I have received from CJdropshipping, especially from my personal agent, Enid Dong.
Enid is incredibly kind, professional, patient, and always willing to help. She has supported me with my Shopify store, shipping methods, tracking numbers, and order management.
She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always tries to find the best solutions for my business.
As a growing e-commerce business owner, having someone as dedicated and supportive as Enid means a lot to me.
Thank you so much, Enid Dong, for your outstanding support, kindness, and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you do!
Highly recommended!

Rain HUANG, a CATASTROPHIC cjdropshipping agent who completely ruined my experience.

She’s incredibly cold and cruel, for a simple answer to a question, she’s capable of making me wait a full week while treating me like crap. For a week, I’ve been asking for nothing more than a product return rate, but she refuses to answer me and tells me to do her job for her, even though I have no information about the total weight, possible shipping methods, or the options available to me!!

When you agree on a rate with her and confirm it, she comes back with rate increases of up to 30% without any mercy, and when you explain that this isn’t normal, she talks down to you and pressures you to accept the offer.

She openly talks about wanting to get rid of her tasks as quickly as possible and stop dealing with me, even though I’ve only reached out to her twice in a year!!

The only way to get her to do her job is to tell her you’re going to leave a bad review and expose this. It’s outrageous.

If I could give less than one star, I would.

Rain HUANG is the worst agent on the cjdropshipping platform, there’s a high chance you’ll be assigned her as your agent. When you ask her to switch agents, she drags her feet and doesn't go through with the change either !

A horrible experience, I’ve never seen anything like it.

Remember this name: Rain HUANG

Five-Star Experience with CJ Dropshipping and Agent Emilly!

I’ve been working with CJ Dropshipping to build my brand, and the support from my agent, Emilly, has been outstanding. She went above and beyond to verify my custom packaging settings, ensured my test order was manually inspected at the warehouse, and resolved every query quickly and efficiently.

The fulfillment speed and dedicated service make CJ the best partner for scaling an e-commerce business. Huge thanks to Emilly and the entire CJ team for their dedication and professionalism!
