CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Elira Liu has been helpful on my inquiry. It's just frustrating on either Shopify or CJ Dropshipping platform that it doesn't notify us on any problems on the orders so we have to manually check the problems. Hope it can be better in this case as customers will be frustrated waiting long for their orders.

Interface is confusing and not at all user friendly. Cannot access customer support when I'm locked out of my account. Products are constantly out of stock. Requires a great deal of time and effort to fulfill an order

I had a very pathetic experience using CJ Dropshipping as my fulfilment partner.

My customer orders has been stuck in transit for over a month with no delivery, despite the tracking showing that it arrived at the destination airport weeks ago. Throughout this period, my customer repeatedly contacted me asking for updates

What frustrated me the most was not just the shipping delay—it was the lack of ownership from CJ. Every follow-up resulted in generic responses such as "we've urged the logistics team" or "please wait patiently." There was no concrete investigation, no estimated resolution, and no proactive communication.

As the store owner, I had to:

Apologise to my customer multiple times.
Spend hours following up with CJ support.
Eventually issue a full refund out of my own pocket because the customer lost confidence in receiving the order.

International shipping can sometimes be delayed—I understand that. But suppliers are judged by how they handle those delays. In this case, there was very little accountability, poor communication, and no practical solution offered.

For businesses that value customer satisfaction and reliable fulfilment, this experience has been extremely costly, both financially and in terms of brand reputation.

I would not recommend CJ as a dropshipping partner.
