XConnector is an amazing app. It helped us to automate our entire order management. The app has tons of very useful features to manage and automate invoices and shipping labels which save great time and effort. Every little detail in terms of integration with carrier and invoice services has been thought. The app function perfectly and seamless. It's very easy to configure it based on specific needs. Furthermore, customer service is the best ever. Not only the team is extremely helpful and user-friendly, they even added custom features to ensure a unique experience for us. We definitely recommend xConnector to every store in Romania but also in Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia. It's for sure that you need to install this app if you use one of the available invoice or carrier services integrated into the app. If not, don't hesitate to change your carrier service or invoice service in order to enjoy the benefits and skills of this perfect app. You won't regret it!

I recommend the app. Some things are easy to set up, some require a bit of help, but the support team was always there for my requests. The app is easy to use, it is very helpful and totally covers my shop's needs. Great job!

We had an issue with a rarely used feature, since they're a small company it took some time to fix but now it works well.

Great app, we use it for creating GLS labels in Slovenia and Croatia. Their support is always responsive and helpful (thanks Catalin!). We had a few feature request and they were able to accommodate all of them in reasonable time, so we're really saving time now creating shipping labels. Keep up the good work!

Really good app, does what it is supposed to do, good support. Fair plans/pricing with their free option for growing businesses.
